CEO's office and Voices of Young People

The CEO has full operational responsibility for the charity, reporting directly to the Board of Trustees and supporting them to discharge their statutory and governance responsibilities. Putting youth voice at the centre of everything we do and working across all areas of the charity, the CEO’s office provides support and oversight to the Executive Leadership Team and wider Leadership Team in setting the organisation’s strategic direction and plans, and executing and delivering them.

The Domain includes the Youth Engagement team to ensure that young people’s voices are at the heart of everything we do.
