In recent years, the team have lead a transformation of the technology used at the Children’s Society, with all staff issued with new mobile equipment, and systems and services migrated to the Microsoft Office 365 and Azure platforms.
A key part of the organisation’s technology roadmap is the implementation of a new eCRM system. The Children's Society is currently is currently implementing a new eCRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to replace its supporter database Raisers Edge. The system is due to go live in August 2022.

The Children’s Society runs over 100 local services that help thousands of young people who desperately need our support, and we campaign to get laws and policies changed to make children’s lives happier and safer.
Every day we’re changing the lives of children in this country for the better – and with your help, tomorrow we can be there for even more.
