The Children’s Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We’re there for children, every step of the way.
This role sits within our children and families directorate, which works to provide immediate one-to-one and group support for children who urgently need support. The post holder will work with services within Youth Impact to support quality improvements, innovations and provide expertise in developing quality digital resources and development of our Me Time App.
The post holder will lead on the development and creation of digital resources for our MeTime app, and work with young people and parents to ensure the platform is meeting the needs of the families we work with. The post holder will also work with our services to ensure the content created is relevant and meeting the needs of the children and parents accessing our services.
The post holder will also be responsible for analysing and collecting data from the platform and reporting on these findings.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
- Substantial experience of developing and evaluating effective and innovative digital products for vulnerable children and families.
- Substantial experience of creating evidence based content
- Experience of working to and meeting deadlines and targets.
- Experience of co-producing services with children, young people, parents or communities.
- Demonstrates high standards in written communication.
- Experience in using coding
